so one of my best guy friends told my friends to tell me that he likes me. but i dont like him and i dont want our friendship to be ruined if he asks me out and i say no. what do i dooo???

Just tell him he's like a bother to you. that normally gives him a picture that you don't want to go in a relationship with him. or
Explain to him that you don't want to ruin you're friendship with a relationship. tell him as a friend you just don't feel the same feelings as he does. tell him you don't want to take it any further then just being friend.

Any guy that hangs out with a girl is only hanging BECAUSE he likes her. Let me tel you a little secret. GUYS HAVE NO INTEREST BEING FRIENDS WITH GIRLS!!! Unless they are gay, have a thing for a friend of yours so he is using you to get to her or HE LIKES YOU!!! Pull you head out the sand. Well, if you insist on being in denial about the natural relationships between men and women, just tell him your just buds and that's it. Be sure to tell him when you are alone with him. You don't want to embarrass him. In the future, be ready for more of this if you still want to hang out with guys.
