when i try to record dance videos with my camera its like 1 sec off beat can it be the program i use?

Like im recording videos from my webcam for youtube and its like a sec off my dance moves...can it be the program i use? if so suggest some programs..i use..windows movie maker

Its not the program's problem, its the camera's. Webcams have slow frame rates, so whenever you move, it always seems like its 1 sec behind you. The same is true for cellphones. Theres nothing you can do, but it wont really matter, because once its recorded, its not like people are watching the webcam video and you at the same time. They're only watching the video, so they wont be able to tell. Hope this helps!
