Wanting to buy coloured contacts without prescription. Can't find anywhere.

When you say without prescription, do you mean without a doctor's prescription, or without any power (strength) to the lenses?
If you mean contacts with no strength/power, go to one of the sites above and look up "colored" lenses and then look for anything that's available in zero ("0") power (i.e., no prescription)
No matter what, you will likely still need an eye exam, however, as the contacts come in various sizes (diameter and base curve), and that's just not something you'll be able to figure out on your own. Plus, wearing contacts that are not the right fit for your eye can cause significant discomfort and can be dangerous.
I love colored contacts and have always worn them. I have very poor eyesight, though, so I've always had a prescription. They have so many awesome colors nowadays that really make your eyes pop!

You may still want to just go to your eye doctor. They do have non prescription colored contacts there.
Its also a good idea to go the doctor to get how to's on putting the contacts in and out and the care for them. Plus, if there is a reason that you should not be wearing contacts, they'll be able to let you know of it.

You can get colored contacts at Wal-Mart for a good price, but like everybody else said, they still need to examine your eyes so they find what your BC ( Base Curve ) is.

Try a flea market...if you live in the LA area, try going to the Fashion District downtown...you can easily buy them there from a Mexican for really cheap. They usually sell them for $10-15 per pair...lotz of colors too!
