how did you get treated for anorexia the first time around? Did you get treated at all? If you had received treatment, they would have given you tools for how to deal with depression, anxiety, relapse, etc. I would get into treatment immediately if you don't have these tools. Let someone know you want to get therapy or maybe even check into a rehab center. this disease is no light matter, and you need to take recovery seriously or else it will ruin your life.

Have you kept up with your counseling? This can really help. It may help to write a schedule for yourself, that way everyday you know what you have to do. Write a menu. That way you know what you will be eating.. even breakfast and lunch. Write a time you are going to eat and put up reminders to remind yourself to eat. Set you schedule as much like you can as if you were in a program for anorexia. That is the best way to manage it. Also, maybe have someone you trust call you every day to make sure you have eaten. Either that, or have someone bring something to you every day so you make sure you are eating at least one meal..
