Today I was giving a presentation to my class and all of a sudden there was ringing in my ears and my vision become blurred, I was seeing stars and I couldn’t see 10 feet in front of me. My hands also were shaking uncontrollably. This also happens when a go to the doctor, but then I am really nervous, it never happened when I was giving a presentation before.
Any idea what causes this or what I can do about it?

When I am at the doctor and this happens (while they are taking my blood pressure, giving me shots, etc.) my blood pressure is very high. After the symptoms have started to go away my pressure is lower.
As another detail I am absolutely terrified of anything medical (same things happened at eye doctor, what ever you call them). I also could barley move and had tingling on my body.

Not enough oxygen to the brain...you got "dizzy"? This happens to me sometimes, but very often especially when I stand up too fast...or I do some sort of movement like that, that would require a lot of oxygen to the brain, that didn't get there quickly enough. I guess that doesn't apply to going to the doctor, though. Just sounds like a nervous breakdown/panic attack/nerves acting up!

I have these (somewhat same) symptoms whenever I have to get a shot. For many years Doctors thought I had an allergy to Penicillin.
It was a Dentist, of all types of Doctors, who knew what I truly had; it's not an illness, but rather a condition.
One extra symptom I have is; when the condition strikes, my heart slows down, instead of speeding up.
Ask your Doctors to check you for the condition called -
Vaso-Vagal.
It's a condition controlled by your sub-conscious mind; it cannot be controlled by medication, therapy, or other medications.
From the few symptoms you describe, I would bet money this is the condition you have.
And yes, it can prove dangerous at times. Check with your Doctor concerning this Vaso-Vagal symptom.

That happened to me a few times. However in the end I blacked out. I suffered a stress stroke. Can happen at any age. I would see a Neurologist.
I hope you find a solution and feel better.

You'd be on the set of coronation street! In theory I guess if nothing ever happend, there would have been no Big Bang which would mean that conditions for existence would not have been created!! In physics isn't there a law that states EVERY ACTION HAS AN EQUAL AND OPPOSITTE REACTION?? Therefore if there was no initial action, evoloution would not exist.... Cool! Existential questions:)

Wow, I've never heard of anything like that. Nothing's ever happened to me even similar to that. You probably have some serious anxiety issues or something, seek help imo.

might be one of several things.
1. Ocular migraine headache--I get these--vision blurs, you get the shakes, you stop it by lying still in a darkened room for a hour or so.
2. low or high blood glucose/sugar count. Diet controlled, feels weird.. If it goes away by eating a candy bar or drinking orange juice, see your doctor for a check up.
3. Inherited tremor, maybe controlled by drugs for Parkinson's disease, but usually learn to live with it.

Sounds like a panic attack. You must have been nervous to give the presentation and your nerves just went a little crazy. It happens to a lot of people.

That is preliminary symptoms of passing out. It could have been nerves and low blood sugar, all at once.
With practice (and good eating habits) you should be able to get over any anxiety of speaking in front of others. But you do have to practice.

Could be anxiety attacks. Could be a drop in your blood sugar that causes the shakes and stars.I would see a Dr. It may just be nerves.
