How many days does it require when a dog goes into heat prior to it being inpregnated?

My yorkie-poo is in heat for the second time and we plan to breed her, we want to know when the most successful time to breed her would be. We would like her to have puppies and not a false preganancy.

i dont mean to sound mean but i am very against the "designer dogs", but to answer your question a female will usually be receptive to be bred about 14 days after her vulva starts to drip blood.
