Would not talking to a girl that likes you (I think she's trying very hard to impress me after I stopped talking to her) be considered mean? As long as I make it up to her on V Day then will she consider me, since she's single I think. I'm just scared she might say, "No, go away." Or worse. What's the chances of me getting rejected?

I dont plan on being mean. I just lacked confidence.

I dont think she's a tease, she dresses up for me, sometimes would rush to the train station to catch me, and would look over her shoulder to catch me looking at her.

Not bathing and eating onions come to mind. Maybe have dog hair n food all over your clothes. Sure things to kill interest.

One thing you should not do is stay around her just to be nice. Don't cross any signal as far as making her think you like her when you don't. There will never be an easy or "best" way to tell anyone something they don't want to hear. Men have the bad mistake of thinking that women are so weak, when we really can hold our own. Let her know as soon as possible, don't wait until she starts to think that you do and she begins to aggrivate you. Make it about the both of you, not about yourself, or about her looks. Just think of how you would feel when someone rejects you. If she is the type of gal that is cool to hang with but not date worthy for you, then just let her know that you like hanging out, but the intrest for a relationship is not there. Just a side note: DO NOT go out to hang everytime she ask you to, b/c like I said people hear what they wanna hear, and if you say X (no intrest) but doing Y (2gether all the time), Y is all that matters to them. Good Luck

tell her youre gay... heh jk. but talk about other people... like OH that girl over there is HOT wooooooo... back that a s s up. be rude..... if shes flatchested say things like MAN i would NOT date any girls with no boobs or if she has brown hair say things like Ewwwww shes got brown hair talk about a SERIOIUS turnoff!!!!! but if you dont want her to reject you and shes really trying to impress you that bad then just go up and ask her she wont push you away... unless shes a tease. in which case you wont have to think of clever ways for you to get her to reject you since that was the plan all along..

I'm confused on whether you want her to reject you or not? If your scared that she'll say No, go away then why would you contemplate not talking to her? and even if you did all these nice things on V-day doesn't mean **** if your planning on being mean...

I think if you didn't talk to ANYBODY out of some sort of spite, that would be considered mean or rude. To say, "I'll make it up to her on Valentine's day" is practically saying that you know you did something unkind. If I were she, I'd definintely tell you to take a hike if that's the way you had treated me.

Why wait till V-day? She might get freaked a bit by receiving a Valentine from a stranger.

I think your better off asking her out now - letting her get to know you a bit and then give her a Valentine.

she is going to be a lot more likely to reject you if you do things for her to reject you. by doing this you are only increasing your risk of not being accepted. just wait until v-day and then ask her she may say yes but not if you fart, burp, or anything else like that. just be yourself. that should do the trick. good luck.

I would think you didn't like me if you didn't talk to me. Better make sure you don't play too hard and somebody else catch her interest.

It doesn't make sense for you to not talk to her if you like her......it might show you're not interested.....and why would you feel like she'll reject you if she's trying to impress you???
