I am a dancer and this is my 11th year of dance (i've been dancing since i was three). All of a sudden whenever I'm on pointe and I push down really hard my foot cramps up and it really hurts!!! Does anyone know why? If so do you know a way to fix it besides coming down from pointe and stretching it out? Thanks so much for your answers!!!

I take lots of supplements and that i often have fun with suitable wellness at the same time as anybody around me is in agonizing soreness. it is slowly changing as my pals comprehend WHY that usually occurs.

This could be because of muscle fatigue or dehydration. Try exercising all parts of your body. Consult a doctor if it persists. You can also look for information in the web. I found this website very useful. http://aches.in/cramps.html
