Besides what everyone else has mentioned, you can also try underarm sheilds to hide the problem.
Instead of having sweat marks on your shirt, the sheilds absorb your sweat.

There are a few online sites (I listed one below) that carry them, you can also find them at Jo-Anne's fabric stores.

i'm American, residing able the place it snows whatever, Alaska. i don't be attentive to if in India you adult males get deodrent, nicely if u do, stick to it. If u have kidney issues, do no longer. Deodrent is for using it under ur hands for a stable scent and so it would not sweat a lot. If u have any wellbeing issues, like kidney stuff or something, do no longer stick to IT.

Try an otc deod called Certain Dri. Wal Mart carries it and its usually on the top shelf. It is prescription strength and is Dr recomended. Use only as described. Our band members all use it during the hot summer and swear by it.

A dermatologist can prescribe a special deodorant OR you can buy a roll on deodorant called Certain Dry at most drug stores.

use those deo's and dont wear shirts with bright colors, coz when u sweat, it marks all over in ur underarm area..

I had this too. I started using Arm and Hammer roll-on deodorant which includes an anti-perspirant. IT works SO WELL!!!

Um, you use those deodorant sticks...you know...the Dove kind? There's a lot more too...There's like a whole AISLE full of them.
