i recently went on a no carb diet thing for like 8 months and i went from like 240 pounds to like 161. I am now off the diet cause all my friends think i look too skinny, heres my problem, whenever i eat carbs now, i eat way too much and its like i cant control it, like i will eat a box of cereal at a time (when i get it) but then when i have nothing "bad" in the house i can do okay that way but i just keep loosing weight if i do this, my question is how do you ease off a lo carb diet into a good lifestyle with carbs?

Just don't stock them in bulk. So if you want a slice of bread, buy the smallest loaf you can find. Bagel? Buy only one.

Or be sure to eat carbs with other foods, like fruits, vegetables, and proteins. So it's a whole meal, and you won't be tempted into eating a pure carb meal. I would suggest eating those foods first so you'll be a little full.

Now you were able to eat no carbs for 8 months, so this is simply a thing of habit. Once you start doing this gradually, you'll learn to incorporate carbs back into your life.

Im not sure but your body sounds like its craving carbs real bad, all i can suggest is everything in moderation...you may feel like eating a box of cereal (sure ur not pregnant?) but only you control how many times the spoon hits ur mouth
