it doesn't matter when as long as you can look into that persons eyes and see that they truly do love you. That they're not just saying it. You can (most of the time) feel when the time is right to say it. You will know when the time is right when no matter what you're doing you find yourself thinking about that person, when your with them no matter what you're doing you're happy, when you can look at that person and just smile and look into their eyes and see that they truly care. Thats when the time is right to say " i love you" but never say those words unless you truly mean them.

and that it really does come from the heart.
and you know when your in love,
so dont worry about '2 soon'

There's no time limit on these things.When you know, you know.Things like these creep up on you when you least expect it - it happened to me - then Bam! you suddenly realize this person you're with, you absolutely adore them.
