I just ate soooo many nuts (cashews, peanuts, almonds...)
Although, I ate a light dinner, breakfast, and lunch.
I probably had 8 servings of nuts, probably more!

Will I gain much weight?
I'm going to go to the gym and use the elliptical for 11/2 hours.

Do you think I'll gain lots of fat, or weight? How long does it take for fat to show? Man, this sucks.

Even if you really had eight servings (which is a lot of nuts), that is still probably only 1500 calories at the most, and you need to consume about 3500 extra calories to gain a pound, so as long as you don't start doing something like that every day, don't worry about it.

I think you should find out the "source" of all the stress reactions you've shared with us. It seems very extreme, nervous eating with all the nuts, the time at the gym,and the "how long" questions are a sure sign that something is wrong.Try to calmly sort this out if you can,if not you might consider seeing your MD. Take care. SW RNP

oh god, relax! if you eat 8 servings of nuts a day, then yeah, worry about it. if you've only just done this once, you will be okay---back to normal probably in a week if you workout.

1 pound equals 3500 calories.... something tells me you didn't eat that many calories.
So don't worry about it.
