Mp3 is an audio compression scheme. It's also not standard to any one type of computer. You can play Mp3s on Macs, or PCs, and also not just on windows but also on linux as well.

According to Mac owners, they are superior to Windows based PCs! For the life of me, I cant believe they wont perform such a simple task like that!
