What pasage in Ezeikiel describes witchcraft like this. They put spiritual bands around a persons soul trying to trap the soul somehow. Also states that person will leap about like a young calf released from a stall when Jesus sets them free. Can anyone answere?

Never heard of that one.

I found this

Eze 3:25 But thou, O son of man, behold, they shall put bands upon thee, and shall bind thee with them, and thou shalt not go out among them:

But it doesn't have to do with witchcraft. And the other instances of "bands in Exzekiel are about "bands of people".

I found 4 instances of calf mentioned in the NT, but it has nothing to do with leaping like a calf when Jesus sets them free.

Hmm.

You have a couple of facts wrong.
Ezekiel does not say anything of the sort.
Now, Isaiah 35:1-10 says:
1 The wilderness and the desert will be glad, And the Arabah will rejoice and blossom; Like the crocus
2 It will blossom profusely And rejoice with rejoicing and shout of joy. The glory of Lebanon will be given to it, The majesty of Carmel and Sharon. They will see the glory of the LORD, The majesty of our God.
3 Encourage the exhausted, and strengthen the feeble.
4 Say to those with anxious heart, "Take courage, fear not. Behold, your God will come with vengeance; The recompense of God will come, But He will save you."
5 Then the eyes of the blind will be opened And the ears of the deaf will be unstopped.
6 Then the lame will leap like a deer, And the tongue of the mute will shout for joy. For waters will break forth in the wilderness And streams in the Arabah.
7 The scorched land will become a pool And the thirsty ground springs of water; In the haunt of jackals, its resting place, Grass becomes reeds and rushes.
8 A highway will be there, a roadway, And it will be called the Highway of Holiness. The unclean will not travel on it, But it will be for him who walks that way, And fools will not wander on it.
9 No lion will be there, Nor will any vicious beast go up on it; These will not be found there. But the redeemed will walk there,
10 And the ransomed of the LORD will return And come with joyful shouting to Zion, With everlasting joy upon their heads. They will find gladness and joy, And sorrow and sighing will flee away.

Verse six is the one you are asking about.
This is a prophecy of the coming Messiah, the Christ. Some of these were fulfiled at Jesus' first coming, and some are yet to be fulfilled at His second coming.

Jesus quoted this passage when the disciples of John the Baptist came to Him asking if He were the One, or were they looking for another.
Matthew 11:3-5
3 and said to Him, "Are You the Expected One, or shall we look for someone else?"
4 Jesus answered and said to them, "Go and report to John what you hear and see:
5 the BLIND RECEIVE SIGHT and the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed and the deaf hear, the dead are raised up, and the POOR HAVE THE GOSPEL PREACHED TO THEM.

Well the Old testament never mentions the name "Jesus" but I don't believe I've ever seen that passage before! I'm not a scholar but I do read about 15 to 20 chapters of the Word a day. I cannot attest to that being in any part of the Bible. Sorry friend!.

Are these the verses you're referring to In Ezekiel?

Ezekiel 13:18 And say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Woe to the women that sew pillows to all armholes, and make kerchiefs upon the head of every stature to hunt souls! Will ye hunt the souls of my people, and will ye save the souls alive that come unto you?

Eze 13:20-21 Wherefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against your pillows, wherewith ye there hunt the souls to make them fly, and I will tear them from your arms, and will let the souls go, even the souls that ye hunt to make them fly.

Your kerchiefs also will I tear, and deliver my people out of your hand, and they shall be no more in your hand to be hunted; and ye shall know that I am the LORD.

I can't find the other reference yet, but I'll keep looking and edit this when I do.

Edit:

The closest that I can find in Ezekiel is the 34th chapter, in which God rebukes the false shepherds (leaders) and promises to restore the flock (the people of Israel.)

People often believe something someone tells them is in the Bible (who heard it from someone else) instead of reading it for themselves.
You did the right thing by asking for chapter and verse. Always check it out when someone tells you something is in the Bible.
btw that ain't in there.
