I think the best thing is to take her to a vet. She is obviously suffering from some internal distress when passing the egg through. A licenced professional should take a lokk at her.

Sometimes when they first start laying or lay a really large egg they will bleed some it is ok and normal.
If it is a large amount you may need to do something but mine lay with a little blood on the shells sometimes and they are fine and have been for years.
As the hens ages it will happen less and less. I have it happen mostly with younger hens that have not been laying long.

Feed her an 18% laying mash and cracked corn.
