raisin bran probably but it has too much sugar (way too much)

Without looking at the nutrition labels, I would guess multi grain cheerios. The others probably have tons of sugar and are therefore high in calories.

Honey Nut Cheerios, however, are not that outstandingly good for you. The Multi Grain Cheerios are pretty good. Look at the nutrition labels and compare!!

Kashi makes some decent healthy cereals, too.

multi grain Cheerios are probably the least unhealthy, as far as filling up on simple carbs goes, but has very little fiber
Raisin Brain has 45g of carbs, but a bit more fiber.
The other two are just like eating candy

raisin brand all the way. They clean out your system, and they are tasteless with hardly any sugar.

PLAIN Cherrios. The other varieties have added sugars.
