There are expensive products that help your hair to grow thicker and longer faster. But, those products are made of simply unflavored gelatin. You can find inexpensive unflavored gelatin in the grocery store near the Jello products. Stir two tablespoons of the powdered gelatin into a cup of hot tea twice a day and drink. It works. Don't let the fact that gelatin comes from grounded up horse's hooves bother you. : )

Hair growth has to do with your nutrition, you have to eat the right stuff to get your vitamins which help your system overall. Your hair length and hair growth are two separate things. Most of the time your hair grows normally but you can't notice the length changing because the ends of your hair might be damaged and snapping off. To keep it healthy don't use too many chemicals, hairspray, or heat. It's also wise to invest in a good conditioner...beware of using relaxers!

The most important thing to do to help your hair grow, is to get it trimmed-- yes, trimmed. By trimming your hair once a month, you eliminate the split ends, which will not grow. Also, make sure that your hair is well-conditioned and not dried out. The healthier the hair, the more likely it will be to grow.

Ask your hairstylists for other tips.

prenatal vitamins work great!. Cutting your hair dosnt help your hair grow but if you do have split ends you need to get them trimmed. I wouldnt recommend brushing your hair a lot b/c it can actually damage your hair. you need to massage your scalp it helps the blood circulate which helps your hair grow.
