game meat has NO cholesterol.

It generally does because cows that are raised on a farm are usually kept in close quarters, while game animals are wild and roam (Walk) a lot so they don't have as much fat on them. Buffalo and Ostrich meat have a lot less fat also and are really good.

Yes I can taste the difference. I do not like Venison, ate a lot when I was younger
