It could be arthritis. If it is RA (Rheumatoid Arthritis) some people get it young (Juvenile RA). Have your parents/guardian take you to the doctor for X-rays.

Ice ice ice! 20 min on, 20 off, 20 on every night or after you exercise. The advil should help along with the ice, but if not, go see a doctor.

you should definitely get that checked out ASAP. i had intense pain in my right leg from my thigh down to my ankles. I got an XRay and an MRI and they found out that I had a disc protrusion in my spine which caused nerve impingement and muscle spasms. now i'm going through physical therapy and the pain is slowly going away :)

See your doctor now.

If you're in high school and have been having this pain for that long, this can not be anything good.

You may want to see a doctor about it -- the problem could be more than just pain management.

I just had microscopic knee surgery. You need to go to a good knee dr. or ortho dr. and get x-rays or an MRI to get to the root of the problem....................good luck
