I tried bodybuilding.com but I didn't like those.

Standing up, with the legs drift away one from another, your posterior back and your chest up, with a heavy on your arms, incline breech forward slowly with the back straight and revert the move. Take this up to 30 times and you will feel how your back is working. It is a very good exercise for strenghtening back because you don`t need special equipment. But remember: KEEP YOUR BACK STRAIGHT DURRING THE EXERCISE. OTHEWISE YOU CAN HARM YOURSELF!

There is a machine in the gym where you sit facing it and pull on a metal bar with your back straight. kind of the movement of you pulling a cart on a shopping mart, only keeps on doing this. These are good if you have lower back pain or such makes the muscles in the back get stronger.

Well, your local chiropractor can give you instructions both oral or printed on such exercises. The Cox technique has benefited my back tremendously. I neglect the exercises and just try to get my basic daily chores done. I'm sure I would benefit from doing them faithfully. I have heard that aquasize is excellent for back health and many local health clubs (such as YMCA) have classes available.

Stathma exercise, like sex, and doing chinups, or eating well, these three are common in your back bones and muscles, recirculating your blood in your mucles gets better. It is good for meat because your health is depending on your muscles and fat. But becareful how people eat meat, it is are animals and some might like it having sex with animals.

In order to have a good strong back you need to have a good strong stomach since with out a tight stomach your will have a weak back.
