Heat is real good. I'll send some sites that will give U as many treatments as U care 2 have.

http://www.clinicalevidence.com/ceweb/conditions/msd/1113/1113_references.jsp

Thses R the best 4 treatment that I saw. Hope this helps U or gives U some ideas.

What the other posters have said is true as to the lack of magnesium and potassium. You might also want to be checked for diabetes as this can also cause leg cramps, and thousands of people don't even know they have diabetes. Also make sure you wear very sturdy shoes with extra pads inside to help cushion your feet from the concrete and cold, and wear thick socks that go above your ankle. You could also do what the winter hunters do and wear military type long underwear to keep your legs warm. You could always take them to work and put them on before your shift begins, and take them off before leaving work each day. There are some people that develop arthritis after working for years in the cold and on concrete floors so do every thing you can to protect yourself. Maybe ask your boss if you could buy your own totally cleanable rubber mat to stand on if you stand in one place for long periods of time. I know they sell these online in different sizes for different uses and they say if they can be sanitized. Wouldn't hurt to ask.
