Give him a video of you making out with his best friend. Buy a heart-shaped box with candy in it, eat the candy yourself, and then put the video in the box and give it to him.
Or, just tell him that he hurt your feelings and that you no longer want to see him because of it and move on. You don't have to go down to his level, you can rise above it all if you want to.

Dude, you are giving this guy way too much credit to be trying to plot your revenge. By you wasting your time trying to devise these plans, he wins even more.... just dump him. Don't have to be nice or super mean about it. Just tell him whats up and that he doesn't deserve to be with you if he treats you like crap. Don't waste any more time on trying to get back at him... it won't bring you more satisfaction.
