Your (a) should be just simply believe in God to heal you and then take (b) seek medical treatment without hesitation. You see, you want to be healed. Both have the effect to help in the healing. One for the heart and mind and the other for the body or physical. Because this is the very valid reason, if you succumb to the disease, you die, at least for your faith in Christianity, you have the hope to meet up with your loved ones when they go to the same place like you. Do this and you will not regret?
At least when in pain you can cry to God for help when there is none around you.

I think perhaps you don't have a correct understanding of Christianity. We do not have any problem seeking medical assistance. I would do both of the things that you suggested. I would pray and seek medical help. God uses doctors to heal. Why do you think Christians think Doctors are blasphemers. I love all my doctors and thank God for them, whether they believe in God or not and they treat me well, even though I am a Christian.

Well, my husband was diagnosed with leukemia at age 8. They ran test after test and this was in the days when Leukemia was considered incurable. His mom took him to church and he was prayed for and the following week the bloodwork came back - no leukemia. And he's very much alive and well, praise the Lord!!
So, in answer to your question. I would go to the doctor and find out treatment options, but I would also enlist the help of the "Great Physician"

The truth of the matter is if you went to the doctor, would God allow them to heal you? We can do, say, think whatever we want but that doesn't change that fact that God controls everything. To clear this up for Christians as well, God says of Himself in the First covenant " I kill and I give life." He also said " I am the same yesterday, today and forever." All aspects of life are His to manipulate. We just think it's ours to meddle with. Medicine by biblical standards CAN WORK but it is a momentary fix. "Laughter does like a medicine." the Bible says so does laughing cure cancer or bouts of depression or even the cold? No, but it makes you feel better for a little while. Also think of this, Can a doctor or medicine undeniably in every case cure cancer or bouts of depression or even the cold? No. So medicine isn't perfect because God isn't always using it and religion isn't perfect because humans misuse it. But God can use you, if your willing and obedient. God is soon going to show that He is here with His Children who truly follow Him, and you will know them by the horrible way that the world will treat them. The world isn't done with hatred of Jesus, soon they will see His face walking amongst them and they will kill all who show His works. Please don't let that hatred take hold of you. You seem to accept the mindless notion of the atheistic propaganda machine that all Christians are just a bunch of anti-science feeble-minded idiots that dont even know the proper response to lifes problems.
There is a radical sect of Christians that do not believe in medical treatment but they are not representative of Christians everywhere. 99.9% of Christians out there seek medical attention and ALSO pray and seek Gods will, counsel, and help.
And there is no conflict between religion and science, though that is definately the goal of atheists to create that barrier in order to make Christians look stupid.

Neither, I would accept the fate that God has determined. Of course I would never know that I had leukemia for I had went to the hospital once before when my insides shut down and they saved me and kept me alive and did surgery. Not that I regret being alive but the pain is terrible, so I will never return hence I will not know what is killing me only that I am dying.

I would certainly seek all information I could get. I think I would either head to Mexico where I could get treatments not approved by the FDA, Or follow the procedure recommended by Dr Schulze (herbdoc). I am confident I would not subject myself to radiation, chemotherapy, bone marrow transplant, or the like.

certain "christian" denominations don't believe in receiving blood products. Blood products are commonly used to treat leukemia. You can not fault them for that. There have been problems. Many "Christan's" use a combination of both. If the person was "diagnosed with leukemia" they saw a doctor.

Of course, I'd pray. Prayer exceeds treatment anyday. Treatments have a certain percentages of effectiveness and their error-prone. Prayer is the 100% effective and error-proof.
