Why do you need to have sex? Is she doesn't want to then leave her alone about it. When she is ready she will let you know. If you love and respect her you will wait and do not cheat. If you could care less and that's all you are there for then say goodbye and let her meet a real man who will love her.

Grow up and be patient. If you can't wait for her, maybe you need to re-evaluate your relationship and find a girl who just wants to give it up.

Be patient! Make her feel like she'd want to "give it up". Don't be pushy and to forward.Be thankful she's not so willing to give it up. If she's not having sex with you, chances are she's not having it with any one else.

Seduce her, give her a romantic escapade, be romantic, make her feel that you are the best thing ever, eventually she will be willing to "give it up" because she will be absolutely in love with you. (but you need to earn it)
