The poster above is correct--- that should have been done automatically under the merger but if it didn't happen, call USAir customer service. One addition, though: if you have had no activity in the America West miles account for the last 18 months (no new miles added and none redeemed, just letting the miles sit) they might be gone for good as both USAir and America West's miles switched over to an 18-month expiration at the start of the year. I think the cutoff for reactivating the account was January 31.
