For the past two weeks I have been going thru alot of stress at work mostly because we have been short staffed and there is alot of work coming to us.
Then last week I started feeling this really bad pain. It starts out with a pain or pressure on my chest as if someone is pushing me or as if there is this big air bubble in my chest that is causing pressure because I end up having to burp it out to realieve it a little bit, then I also get shoulder pain and headaches along with that. I cannot breath and I have a hard time seeing and/or concentrating...
What can this be? I have had this before since I was 18 and I'm now 24 and will be seeing a doctor tomorrow on this..I cant take the pain anymore...But for right now...any help and/or advise will help relieve me.
Thanks

You have described some heavy tension and anxiety at work.Have you ever had "panic attacks" ? You're a describing some textbook symptoms, good that you're seeing your MD, tomorrow ,hopefully he can sort this out.I myself had a problem with this 5 yrs. ago,it's scary and it disrupts your life, and you feel like a fool, follow his advice but makes sure he knows the degree of suffering you've been feeling. Take care, good luck. SW RNP.

Obviously, you vitally need to Hire Someone. You could get the same pay elsewhere for doing only two peoples work instead of five peoples work. By the way, I know someone who is in need of some work.

I know nothing about your digestion, but I would guess that those odd symptoms could be expected in someone who OD'ed on Coffee. If so, try switching to milk chocolate; and, in any case, get those greedy tyrants to publish a job description, and email me an advance copy for my friend.
