Personally, I like beautiful, nice, amazing, cute, and just plain WOW! I'm just simple when it comes to that kind of stuff. Just don't call them fine, the bomb, fly, or anything degrading unless you're with you're guy friends because it's like you're talking about a prize or a trophy.

most girls (excpet the bad ones) love it simple, it shows that you love them for their heart and not their dress. I suggest "pretty", "beautiful" (used sparingly), "cute". Use only "hot", when she's all dressed up for that rock concert or party, use "gorgeous" of you guys are going to a fancy dinner, or a show. Don't use "fly" or "fine", and only use "hot" very sparingly.

Use the word "ravishing". It sounds extremely flattering and isn't used very often anymore.
