Hello,

First of all alcohol wans't "created" but rather it was "discovered".

Ancient societies used alcohol for drinking and other purposes but an old Persian scholar named Zacharia Razi (though the spelling maybe different!) was the one who actually discovered it.

Hope it helped.
Cheers...

Nature did.
Millions of years before there were people, there was still fruit, yeast, and fermentation. Yeast, which naturally exists in the air in small quantities, lands on fruit. As the fruit ripens and gets sweeter, increases in its natural sugar content...sugar is food for yeast. The wild yeast consumes the sugars and the fruit naturally ferments, either on the tree/vine, or on the ground after it falls. Alcohol is a by-product of the fermentation. The fermented fruit frequently has an appreciable alcohol content.

Wine and beer making is this very process, only controlled.

I don't know, but alcohol has been around for centuries and centuries. I don't really think there is one person who created it.

I think it was the Egyptians hundreds of years ago. They must have been drunk to spend all that time erecting the pyramids.
