I'm a sophomore in highschool, and there's a freshman girl I saw who I want to get to know. How should I approach her for the first time?
I don't have any classes with her, and i only see her in between some classes.
In another question, I was told to smile and make eye contact when I see her in the halls, but not to freak her out.
Then later go up and say hey, or that I've been seeing her in the hallways and I had to go up to her.
Will this work?
And is there any difference between like a "friendly smile", and an "I like you smile"?

well if u like this girl you should first get to know her and let her get to know you, then u should deffinatly go for it

Im a freshman and me and mah bf don't have any classes nore the same lunch hour but we make it work! we see each other in the hallways all the time. So you should apporch her mayb even walk her 2 a class. N when u 2 do get 2getha it could work like mines or even try staying after school. There are ways u can spend time with her

Sounds good to me. And no, a smile is a smile. Don't over think it. Just smile at her! This should definitely work. If I thought a guy was attractive and that was how he approached me, I'd be flattered. Good luck.

i think just the fact that youre a sophmore and shes a freshman will get her lol. but just give her flirty smiles which are between friendly and i like you smile. i think itll defffinatly work lol go get 'em!

yes there is a huge difference between a i like you smile and a friendly smile....you should talk to her then give her something for valentines since its coming up

You know, these questions are all based on personality. I think you should have a goup event (i.e. pizza night, night at the beach, etc) and be sure she gets a flyer. Keep having them till she shows up and talk to her there.

might work, might not you just have to try. I don't pretend to be a player, but I've never gotten a negative response from "You have the most amazing eyes"

smile at her more than once so it looks like your giving her more than friendly attention. and it should work btw

you know, apes are a lot better at understanding simple body language than humans. hehe why not just tell her you like her or ask a friend to tell her and ask if she likes you also. ? peace
