Hi, I want to be really obese, I weight about 290 lbs but I want gain 60-110 more, could you help me……..what food I need eat?

but for breakfast go for everything on the McD's breakfast menu.
for lunch : only rice, potatoes, pasta etc
desert: 5 servings of cookies n' cream ice cream
dinner: lotsa meat and eggs and big stuff like that.
desert: more ice cream
snack: 2 soup cups


......and a diet coke.............

I believe that you should not try to gain anymore weight you are already over weight. This could lead to serios medical problems, but if you are really serious about this then try to eat about six small meals instead of 3 big meals and try to make them high in calories.

eat pasta WITH the meat and a LOT of sauce
also eat BREAD

If you live in America just do what everyone around you is doing. Watch American Idol and eat processed fast food.

burgers fries a 10 gallon drum of coke a day, 25 burgers and 15 supersize fries and just watch tv all day long dont think about anything else but eating and you could eat dics too

fast-food anything with grease or anything that taste espicially good, like candy and such..if you want to do this semi-healthy then eat loads of cereals,pastas,and meat, they put on weight fast...trust me!!basically eat as much as you can on foods that wont fill you up very quickly...

eat as much as you can,dont burn it off,just sit and watch tv all day,each as much carbs,calories,and sugars as you can,but dont do anything to burn it off.or you can eat fast food everyday.order the biggest meal that you can eat.also try to overeat.but why do you want to be obese???
