You probably have a case of strep throat. Go to your doctor and get some antibiotics.

Sounds like strep throat to me but they're normally more white in color. Better go have a test done.

It could Be Strep throat... See a doctor... they will give you antibiotics and it will clear up in about a week... but if you don't see a doctor... it could worsen and travel down the esophagus and swell the airway and you could potentially die...

They are most likely pus sacks. It could be caused by an irritated throat or strep-throat.
