You could also try some leave in cream reconditioners. Sally Beauty Supply has some good ones. You can buy either one-time-use packets or containors. Good Luck - I am doing the same kind of thing now that I am not dyeing my hair any longer.

Sebastien - Potion 9
leave in conditioning fixative with protein - it rocks!
Redken has some really nice moisture rich shampoo/conditioner products with avocado oil

note:
most conditioners contain either salts or acids to lift the cuticle and get the conditioner in. over-conditioning your hair will also damage it and make it look frizzy.
try using a really good shampoo from the salon that is not really high in salt content and only condition your hair once per week.
i know it sounds crazy... but it works. i have naturally curly hair and i highlight it - my hair was so brittle and breaking all the time. the more i conditioned - the worse it got.

I think you mean "un-damage" not RE-Damage! Anyway, perms take away moisture and protein from the hair. Get a cream reconstructor conditioner. My favorites are Joico K-Pak and Nexxus Enphuse.
