Clearly, Jehovah empowers Jesus to be humankind's savior.

(1 John 4:14) The Father has sent forth his Son as Savior of the world

(John 3:17) God sent forth his Son into the world... for the world to be saved through him.

(Acts 5:30,31) The God of our forefathers raised up Jesus... God exalted this one as Chief Agent and Savior

Very nifty list. Here is your answer:
God the Father sent His begotten son, Jesus Christ to be the savior of His people. Yeshua (Jesus) fully translated, means "Yaheveh"s Savior".
Jesus christ, or Yah's Savior, was born through woman into the flesh - He is the "son", but more precisely, Jesus is the Living Word of God the Father. When you read the Word, you are reading the Christ.
Since The Father decided upon, and sent the Savior, and since the savior is the one who is doing the saving, both are correct.
There is no contradiction that each is being called the only Savior.
Perhaps the Gospel of John 1:1 will clarify it for you:
"In the beginning, was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God".

This question will only get answered for you if you find/ or have found God..
The bible says first seek ye the kingdom of God and all these things shall be added unto you. It also says that no flesh can be saved unless the spirit of God draw a man.
IF you are seriously asking because you REALLY want to know the truth.

I would seek God first.
Call upon Him.
He will reveal to you the rest..

From my own experiences i now know and can imform you that i know beyond the shadow of a doubt. (willing to die take a lie detector w/e) that Jesus Christ IS in fact the messiah the savior, the only begottEN soN of GOD almighty in Heaven, but i wouldn't have you take my word for it. Why ask a man this question?
Why not ask God for yourself??? Try it...

Fantastic for your trouble to get all those on the site. However, read John 1 for your answer. Believe what John says and that would certainly help you to find through Jesus you will now be able to connect (reconcile) to God the Father, and God the Holy Ghost (who is now dwelled in all the Christians as helper and comforter). This is a mysterious God, a God no human mind can fathomed or explained. For example, if you say or think that a God should be like this or that which you can conceive and understand, then this God becomes your creation or you have made it. It becomes your idol. He is not a God you should believe already.

If you are a Chinese, the character represents God or 'shen' manifests what a God he is. A heavenly being of three lights who accompaning two persons having love, that is a picture representation of the character 'shen'. Surprise!!!

There is one God existing eternally in three persons, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit--not three Gods. The Holy Spirit is a person, not God's impersonal force. And there is only one Savior, one Mediator--Jesus Christ. (1 Timothy 2:5) The first link below might help clear up some of the confusion over what Jehovah's Witnesses believe and the problems that their doctrine presents.

I'm so glad you took the time to look up these scriptures.. I would love to examine each and everyone with but I don't have that much time. It's so great to know that people still read the bible. Let me see if I can help you through the confusion. Jehovah is God. Jehovah is his personal name. Like i'm and a mom and my name is Sarah. Mom, Sarah... same person. Holy Spirit is God's active force. Like powerful wind it has no name or personality traits. It is basically energy. Jesus is God's son also is first creation. Jesus was in Heaven with God before he came to Earth. Jesus is our savior. He gave his life in place of Adam. Adam gave up perfection when he sinned. Jesus died without sin. Repaying the life Adam gave up. So through Jesus we all have the chance to live the life Jehovah intended us to live. When we pray it needs to be in Jesus' name. I hope that wasn't too much information. I hope you continue in your persuit of answers. They are there to be found. Don't give up. I will converse more if you like, just email me.

As 1 of Jehovah's Witnesses, I would be happy to answer your question. In a way, we have 2 saviors. But 1st, I'd like to point out that it clearly says in the Bible that there is ONE God Almighty---Jehovah. And it CLEARLY states that his SON is Jesus. It rarely refers to Jehovah as "savior." Instead, it says God, Almighty, etc. BUT we could say he is our savior in a away. He gave up his son as a ransom sacrifice on the torture stake to cover our imperfect sin. Jesus came down to die willingly & thus is also our savior It is through HIM that we can have a chance to live forever after Armageddon. But Jehovah gave us his death as a gift to balance out Adamic sin. He didn't have to but wanted to & thus is our savior. It's not a major teaching of ours but we do teach it. It's important to first learn BASIC Bible truths & then get into advanced things. Please ask us anything more or study. We NEVER ask for money & welcome you to our meeting. Hope I was of help!

There is only 1 savior.

Jesus said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me." In Matthew 28:18

Who gave Jesus the authority in heaven and on earth? GOD.

GOD gave Jesus the authority to know everything.

GOD has given Jesus the authority to have comprehensive information. "he knows everything". 1 John 3:20

Jesus has also been given the authority to maintain continual observation. "sees everything". Job 28:24

GOD gave Jesus the authority to possess complete intuition. He alone knows "the hearts of all men". 1 Kings 8:39

I do see your point. But you must understand that Jehovah is another name for God the Father, and Jesus is the Word of God! Jesus is the walking talking visible form of God! Jesus is our Savior yet He is in The Father and The Father is in Him! The two are symbiant. Where we fail to comprehend this is we think God is like us! No painting, no matter how beautiful is ever like the painter! God isn't like us! So you see God is our savior because He forgives us and Jesus is our savior because He died so God would forgive us! Think of God/Jesus/The Holy Spirit like this, your hand is one hand, but to make up that one hand you have four fingers and a thumb. Five offshoots that can move individually yet they are part of the hand and the hand without the fingers is useless, the fingers without the muscles are useless! 6 parts make one thing! I hope this helps you in your journey, my friend.

God the Father, God the Son and God the holy spirit are all parts of our creator. Jesus was a physical creation of God yet the spiritual side of him lived with God or within God prior to his coming to earth as a man. Jesus is the savior because he was sent by God (physically) and took on the physical punishment that paid for our sins. God would be the savior because he sent Jesus so that we might be saved. As to the use of the word "one" that you refer to: this is the terminology used by the ancient writers to mean "only" not to mean the number 1.
