Cut your arm off, or get liposuction if you have enough cellulite. Maybe just cut the bottom section of your left leg off. I'm only kidding. It is a huge effort to lose 20 pounds in 5 days, but it can be done. Liquid diet and excercise to no end. Exhaust yourself in each session and get yourself a motivator. It's much easier to train with a second person. It keeps you competative and drives you to go further than you would if you were by yourself.

that's easy...

this diet is guaranteed to make you lose 10 pounds in three days... something bout a chemical breakdown.

1st day
Breakfast: 1/2 grapefruit, 1 slice of toast, and 2 tblsp. of peanut butter
Lunch: 1/2 cup tuna, 1 slice of toast, coffee or tea
Dinner: 1 small apple, 1 cup vanilla ice cream

2nd day
Breakfast: 1 egg, 1 slice of toast, and 1/2 banana
Lunch: 1 cup cottage cheese, 5 saltine crackers
Dinner: 2 hot dogs, 1 cup broccoli, 1/2 cup carrots, 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream

3rd Day
Breakfast: 1 hard-boiled egg, 1 slice of toast
Lunch: 5 saltine crackers, 1 (1oz) slice of cheese
Dinner: 1 cup tuna, 1 cup beets, 1 cup cauliflower, 1/2 cantaloupe, 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream

don't cheat with that

during these days run at least 1 mile
do 50-100 crunches

that's it, if u do like push ups or something like that your going to turn all the fat into muscle which is heavier

This is not the answer you are looking for - but trying to change your body that quickly is a very poor idea. Our bodies were never meant to be increased or reduced that quickly. You should reconsider why you want to lose the weight and ask yourself whether planning on a more long-term plan would be more beneficial. You have to change the way you think from "pounds to lose" to "time spent exercising" or "making an effor to eat healthier."

The only way to lose 20 lbs in 5 days is to have a limb surgically removed.

Well I found a program that really works. It allowed me to lose 20lbs in a month (guys lose more quicker than females). So If your looking for a weight lose program I have a suggestion. ok the only way, it wont be healthy at all but you could do it.
sweat out 10-15 of water lbs from a sauna, and eat nothing but water and vegetables and fruits. No meat no pasta no sweets no notta. if u do that for 5 days you with probably get around 20 lbs. or surgery answers that also

That's defintely not healthy. It took me a month and 2-3 days to lose 19 pounds [healthy way]

I heard cutting out carbs makes you lose weight fast but defintely not healthy

You didnt gain 20 in five days and you wont lose it in five days unless you cut something off like a leg.

No way in hell you can do that, let alone do it safely. They recommend losing 1-2 pounds per WEEK. Your body would not be able to handle it. The only way is well, liposuction.

you could try staying up for 5 days on a mega meth binge. the only problem with that (well i guess not the only problem) is that you'll gain back 30 lbs. with a week of a meth hangover. crash dieting is not a good idea in most cases people gain back the weight plus some because you're playing yo-yo with your body. be careful!!!
