i am an airman who was going through the military, and my career is being cut short by a misdiagnosis of asthma, how hard will it be for me to get the entry forms on the cars if i am entry level seperated? and what do i need to do to get this form?

There is a place in front of every base to get it done.

If you are being medically retired, your authorization to enter military bases (into uncontrolled areas, of course) will not change.

If you are being discharged, you have no authorization to enter a base, except as a visitor. You would need to be issued a visitors pass, usually at the facility's main entrance.

Of course, if you are telling the truth about all this, you should know this already.
