The days of flipping a house are long gone. If that is your plan you had better plan on keeping the house a long time. I would use a contractor.

You need to make sure that the house you buy would have a high cost vs value rating. Like that guy said, those days are mostly gone. People that do flipping have been doing it for some time and have a system and contacts in the real estate business. If you are going to do it then you should hire a general contractor to run the job and leave it up to them as to what they will sub out. Be prepared to lose money as it is gambling.

if u stay with one contractor he can coordinate all the subs and make life easy on u.......if u have the time u can do it urself.....
