I would eaither scrunch it or curl it...to curl it..it doesnt really matter any curling iron will do fine...then have your mom or sister help you curl it....if your gonna scrunch it put moose in while your hair is damp and simply scrunch it...
to get the barratt in grab a little chunk of hair in the front left and right and simply pull it back...you might want to a put a hair tie and a barratt...

1.5 or 2 inch curling iron.
