Okay here's the deal.
I never have had a boyfreind, and yet all of my friends who I know for a fact are not the best looking people [to put it simply] somehow snag all of the guys. I am shy, and intelligent. I write poetry like I breathe air. I am my own person and don't allow people to tell me what to do. I am in love wth my best guy friend, and I don't know what to do about it. To put it simple terms: I am confused.
I don't know why I haven't ever had a boyfriend. Personality-wise, I am great. But, what about beauty-wise? Please be honest. Also, how old do I appear to look? Many people say I look older than what I actually am.

Honestly you are a nice looking girl. You look better than Jessica Simpson. She's ugly to me. :) I have a guy bestfriend that I like a lot and he like me a lot also. Just tell your guy friend how you feel. I told my guy friend. At the time he didn't want a relationship (2003) I recently did something bad that's hurting him. Anyways, go out to some clubs or bar and meet you some hot guys. You look about 20. Tell us what's your age. You are an attractive girl go get those men girl!!!!!! Good Luck

You're not bad looking. You look about 18-21. Maybe you're not getting a boyfriend because you're too shy. Try to be more open. Also, you say you're in love with your best guy friend. Is it possible that you are sending out vibes to other guys that you are in love with him. If other guys think that you're taken they probably won't approach you.
