Well, lock the door would be a good prevention practice. Also, teach that child to NEVER EVER EVER EVER enter the parents room without knocking and getting permission to enter. My children know this if they know NOTHING else. To knock. They MUST learn to respect privacy! To address the question....dont be ashamed...you dont want to teach the child that expressing love is shameful. But need to talk about not coming in the room because parents need privacy too....a little about loving each other and how people express their love. The child will recover, but needs to learn boundaries!

You should probally give your fiancee's child a talk about what you guys did was " a bad example"(to get him to believe that you are in trouble and that no dont do that),"you'll never do that again"(to get him to belive) and i suggets next time make sure he's occupied with somethin before you do any stuff you dont want 6 year olds to see

Next time LOCK the door! Now there is nothing you can do except have her have a talk with him. Tell him that adults express love in many ways that kids are too young to know about right now but it is ok and his mommy wasnt being hurt.

Why did you put yourselves in that position to begin with? I suggest abstaining from sex unless you can afford a baby sitter and a motel. A child doesn't need to learn about sex from mommy and mommy's lover who she isn't married to. Try to have a FEW values to pass on to the child huh?
