There's a difference between losing weight quickly and losing weight the healthy way and keeping it off.
If you want your weight loss to be long term, try joining weight watchers.
If you just want to loose a bunch of weight quickly and not worry about the long term effect, try cutting all of the salt out of your diet for a week. I once also saw a show where one girl ate only cottage cheese for a week or two. Losing water isn't very difficult, but you'll shave off a few pounds.

eat healthy and exercise. Walk, run, jog, whatever at least 30 minutes 4-5 days a week. Replace anything white [bread,pasta] with whole wheat food. Eat a lot of veggies and fruits. Cut down your portions and have a snack between meals. Make sure you eat breakfast. No junk food, no soda.

First stop eatin' dirty *** junk food every few hours,
Take your fat **** outside and run 2 miles after every meal - Not junk food !
Sit less on your crappy pc and go out more - participate more in social activities
Eat healthy food (vegetables, Fruits and etc,)
Laziness = More fat , Don't be lazy.

These tips will keep your fat level decreasing fast.

well spending all your money on something that doesn't work sucks, so the only thing that helps everyone is exercise and eating right! Good luck

eat right and exercise (burn more calories than you eat)! no junk food and no soda! don't do diet pills since they don't work
