No it would not help or make you skinnier because Bulimia (buh-LEE-me-ah) nervosa, often called bulimia, is a type of eating disorder. A person with bulimia eats a lot of food in a short amount of time (binges) and then tries to prevent weight gain by getting rid of the food, called purging. Purging might be done by:

making yourself throw up
taking laxatives — pills or liquids that speed up the movement of food through your body and lead to a bowel movement
A person with bulimia may also exercise a lot, eat very little or not at all, or take pills to pass urine to prevent weight gain.

IT causes a myriad of health issues from tooth decay and memory loos to weakened bones and skin damage. It just isn't worth the risk.
Instead try portion control and yoga or some other resistance exercise to tone your body and reduce the fat as well the the bulges and uneven body shape.
Talk to your family Dr and get a good diet plan with out pills or self abuse then talk to your parents about joining a yoga class at the Y or some other local community center to give you a simple healthy life style to get you fit and looking terrific! Good Luck!

Sweetie, you are already skinny enough! And you have to do more than 75 sit-ups a day to lose weight. That doesn't do anything. You have to do cardio, go on walks or run, do push ups, maybe some crunches, eat healthier, and dancing -- that is an excellent way to lose weight!!! Belly fat is the HARDEST thing to lose. I hate to burst your bubble, but you aren't going to lose your belly fat that fast. I have been on a diet for a while now and I still am trying to lose my belly fat. Good luck. Try going on a diet and exercising at least three times a week. AND only drinking water helps tremendously! But why do you have to lose belly fat to get your belly button pierced? I have known bigger people than you who got their belly button's pierced.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

The healthiest way to prevent a fat stomach is by ensuring that your weight is normal for your height. Ensure that the energy provided by the food you eat matches the energy you burn performing your daily activities. You can reduce belly fat by doing exercises like walking, swimming and rowing. Such activities help in supplying enough oxygen to the body to burn fat.More info at http://www.toloseweight.org/losestomachfat.html

Umm... That's Called Bulimia... purging is not And i repeat NOT the way to go... your whole body will SUFFER for it and your belly *fat* will be just as prominent if not more if your body as a whole is subjected to trauma such as purging... and plus ... all of that food that is ingested will be more rapidly absorbed thus your body will start packing it away in the form of fat in other areas on your body... Tooth decay, toothaches, swollen gums, gum disease (gingivitis), and erosion of tooth enamel. These are caused by acid in the mouth from vomiting.
Osteoporosis.
Electrolyte imbalances and changes in metabolism that can lead to heart problems, such as arrhythmia and even death.
Dehydration, which can lead to weakness, fainting, or kidney damage.
Inflammation or tears of the esophagus, which may cause bloody vomit.
Swollen salivary glands.
Fainting or loss of consciousness, usually because of low blood pressure.
Abnormal heartbeat (arrhythmia).
Low body temperature.
Suicide risk when feeling discouraged about having bulimia or a relapse or about ongoing body image issues.
Long-term problems with bowel movements because of laxative abuse.Develop a healthy approach to food and exercise insted.
Be a good role model for healthy eating and exercising.
Be a good role model by having a positive view of yourself, regardless of your body shape and size. (If this is a struggle of your own, stick to positive self-talk, especially around kids and teens.)

Nope.

You will end up retaining water and becoming bloated overtime if you get into a cycle of bulimia.
