The government don't produce new vehicles, car companies do! And they produce farm more than just 2 each year.

Within certain buildings, the current law is that the person owning that building may require you to not smoke in that area. The government does not ban you from smoking. There is a ban on smoking within public buildings. However, with the smoking ban that is to come into force this year, you will find that this is to protect the vast majority of people who do not smoke, but are forced to inhale it because you choose to smoke. They have no choice in the matter. It is the government's duty to protect the health of those who choose not to smoke but are forced to inhale other people's smoke.

Parking, well this is up to individual county and city councils since they control parking across each individual part of the country, the national government is not responsible for what is considered a local matter. If you obey the road traffic signs and markings on the road, then you would not be moved on by wardens! Park in designated areas or in car parks. Areas where you are prevented from parking are there for a reason, to keep other road users and pedestrians safe. You could be obstructing traffic, or placing pedestrians and other road users in a position of risk and danger as a result of parking in restricted areas.

You pay Road Tax for the privilege of using the public roads and allowing your vehicle on them, not to park wherever you like. Insurance is there to cover you and other drivers in the event of there being an accident that you may have caused, again, not giving you the right to park where you choose!

The road traffic laws in the UK are strict, yes, but they are there for a reason, to decrease road deaths and accidents. Go to places like France, Spain or Italy where Road Traffic Laws are quite relaxed..... it isn't a pretty sight!

If you don't want to be moved on by wardens you'd better find somewhere legal to park. And if you can't find anywhere to park has it occurred to you there are too many cars on the road....All the tax and insurance in the world isn't going to find you enough space in Britains hopelessly overloaded road system. And governments don't 'produce new vehicles' at all. Unless you think this is a communist country.

Simple, The motor industry is the biggest employer in the Uk and the government will not dare to upset them. What you should realise by now, that we live in a free society as long as you do what they tell you to do and the way they make you to do it, is by making by -laws enforced by our great local authorities who gave power to any jack *** to feel powerful(traffic wardens.)

If you take into account all the by laws and government policies that are out there, you'd probably find that your not even allowed to breath without permission, and just because you pay your tax's insurance road fund licence, tax on fags, doesn't give you the right to please yourself !!

You are told not to smoke in areas where it is not allowed by law or bye-law.
You are told where not to drive where it is not allowed by law or bye-law.
You are told where not to park where it is not allowed by law or bye-law.
The answer is clear smoke, drive and park only where you are supposed to and you will be OK.
(The word is VEHICLE)
