Hello,
I am looking for a camcorder that is good quality and is sound activated recording, and a built in light meter.. any advice or do they exist?

Sound activated is going to be a rough one.
I haven't seen one of these in two years and that was a Panasonic VHS-C machine or the one they make and market under Quasar.

I dont know about sound activated recording, but I have a canon GL2, and it has a built in light meter. It is very good quality, and can be activated by a remote. However, there are cheaper cameras out there as well with remotes, but as for image quality and light meters, I'm not sure about. Hope this helps!
