and dont give me the "if he flirts with you a lot" thing. lots of guys flirt with me, but it doesnt mean anything. im talking about telling if a guy is really interested me. things he says? gestures? eye-contact? help me out! i just turned 21 and have never had a bf so im getting kinda bummed:( ive gotten quite a few offers, but never from guys i like and i aint gonna settle just so i can say ive had a bf. the ones i do like im always too afraid wont like me back so i avoid them so they wont get a chance to "not like me" if that makes sense--sad huh?

If he makes excuses to be around you...example, bringing you stuff he things you want/need/would like. Asks silly questions..."what's you favorite color?" "Are you a dog or cat person?" (most guys don't care about that stuff, but a guy with a crush does) He'll try to be around you as much as possible. Some guys are blatant about wanting a girl and some would pee on themselves if a girl talked to them. It depends on the guy.

Usually guys can adapt to girls. If a girl liked me, I'd probably go with her and see how it went.
So, I (as a guy) just would make eye contact. But I'm sort of shy, and I'm not 21, so...

forget flirting --- that is not serious ---- when a guy talks to you watch his body language --- if he keeps the conversation going --- if he looks you in the eyes and listens to you --- check out a book on body language to see what the signals are in western society ---- there is a lot of unconcious signals ---- and you have to make yourself vulnerable to find someone ---- best wishes

i act like an idiot nd try impressing. really if they stare for a second longer than normal but sometimes you look long because that person is ugly...so watch how often he does too. there is more but i can't think
