How to read people by their eyes...?

does anybody no any sites i could go to that could tell me how?

I want to figure out there personalities is what i mean

There's a book at amazon called "Body Language." It's not very thick...and an easy read.

If someone won't look you in the eyes, they are either shy, has something to do with their culture or they are lying. I don't trust people that won't look me in the eyes when we talk.

Eyes that sparkle have life, eyes that are lifeless...well, since eyes are the windows to our souls...that will tell you something.

When a woman looks at a man, smiles and then cast her eyes (and head down) it is an act of submission and a clue to him that she likes him.

Really, you need to read other body language to read someones eyes. Usually, there are other clues besides their eyes.

Lips can lie...the body can not.

I can help, If they wont look you in the eye they are probably hiding something,
if they look up and to thier left when asked a question they are lying, if they are looking up and to thier right they are telling the truth,
they are searching for memory when looking right ( its a natural reflex )
and they are searching the creative side of the brain when looking left ( also a reflex.)

If you are really close the pupil will dialate (bigger) in a lie, if they are looking at you, because thier brain is assembling an answer instead of just answering what they already know which takes a lot less effort ( and little or no dialation )

Keep in mind with practice these can be mastered by a liar. and you cannot tell the difference.

That's tough, because sometimes you can't tell. Some people it's obvious, but not with others. I've been surprised by some newspaper pictures and TV shows which have shown really horrible people (e.g. Ted Bundy), and these people look normal and could be very deceiving if I met them in person. I don't think there's a surefire way with everyone. But if it's a specific individual, I would say get to know them and learn their cues by observation. I know it's long, but that's the only way to do it (and frankly, I don't think that is 100% accurate, either).

Reading through eyes is guess work basically;which largely is personal interpretation not a knowledge for example love, hatred, surprise and sexuality are clearly understandable, if the spontaneous reaction is not deliberately camaflouged; the others like vindictiveness and deceipt are difficult to decipher and rest are merely cheating or getting cheated.

I don't know. It's kind of just human instinct. We can tell if someone is decietful or compassionate a lot of the time just by their eyes.

Many writers describes eyes in a person's character; it's no surprise.

Just make eye contact, I suppose.

when a person is lying they tend to look down and to the right. if a person is recalling an actual event that actually happened, they tend to look down to the left.
