Dude.. Do you really have to ask a question like this to find out the answer?? Think about what you just asked, That's like me asking If I run out of gas well I be stranded on the highway? But to answer it the oil will seep down to the water table in turn contaminating it, not to mention the soil it was dumped on will not grow a single thing not even a blade of grass for years.. wonder what it would do to the inside of your body??

Processed petroleum products kill the soil for vegetation growth for at least a couple of years depending upon the petroleum to soil ratio. Not only is there a long term soil damage, the contaminate invades water supplies making it not only harmful to humans but to the animals and insects that keep this planet healthy.

Are you serious? First of all, depending where this soil is, if its near a water source, chances are it will leach into the water system, affecting everything around it. It will steralize the soil, never being able to sustain life again, without massive reclamation. bad idea. Recycle chemicals properly.

It can leech into any plants that you grow, or it can leech into ground water, and eventually end up in drinking water or tributary water and poison fish and other water life.
It is dangerous for more than one reason. As crude it is less inert. As treated motor oil, it is treated with dangerous chemicals Some of these can be carcinogenic..
