Although very, very slim - the chance is still there. But again, the chance is extremely slim if you take the pill correctly. There should be no harm to the fetus if the pill is stopped once the mother finds out she is pregnant. The insert in the birth control pill packet explains this.

Yes, you can still get pregnant on oral birth control, it is not 100% effective only 99.8% so you still have a slight chance. When I went on birth control my doctor repeated this to me about 100 times. No it won't harm the fetus, just find out if you are because you shouldn't keep taking it if you are pregnant.

I conceived my daughter even as on birth control and so did my sister. We both had switched to a low-dose pill. My sister were given pregnant first after merely a month on a low does. I on the different hand did not get pregnant until eventually eventually about 3 months after being on a low-dose birth control pill. My accepted practitioner advised me that the low-dose pill often times isn't solid adequate for some women human beings. ought to were effective to have had a heads-up on that one. notwithstanding, i'd not provide my little woman up for something, she is fairly the mild in my existence. I also take the more suitable pills now to shop from getting yet another marvel.

Yes the pills could harm the baby. And yes you can get pregnant on any form of birth control EXCEPT abstinence. If you think you may be pregnant, take an At Home PT. The one called EPT can work as early as one week Two for most test and higher accuracy.

It's still possible to get pregnant on birth control the only 100% way to keep from getting pregnant is to keep from having sex. Take a pregnancy test and if it shows up i'd suggest to stop taking the birth control if it shows neg. then i'd cont. and go to the doc. just to make sure.

It's possioble, but very rare if you never miss a pill and take it at the same time each day. There is some research to sugges that the pill can affect the baby's genitals because of the hormones but most babies turn out fine.
