Well u need to learn to relax and take things as they come. We can not always control everything in our lifes. But we can learn not to be stressed out over little things all of the time. You really need to let things go that you do not have control over, cause that will just keep you stressed, and stressed lets you get sick a lot easier, causes depression, and uses up a lot of your engery that you have. You really neet not to worry about everything that is going on, in this here world, cause that is only going to keep you stress. You are letting the stress run your life, and you need to take that control over , and not let it run your life. Stress can lead to so many disorder, that it is not funny. So my friend try to learn to relax and let go of the things that you have no control over. I do not have tv, or read a new paper, so i do not listen to all of the things that are going on in the world, that may stress me. I have movies that i want. Stressing will only cause you to get more depressed and stressed and that is not a good thing. It will also cause other disorder, which you really do not need or want. So learn to have fun, and relax, watch a funny movie, write a poem to see how you are feel, get into activites that can help you to quit thinking about the things that you are always thinking about, and stressing over. Stress is one of the worse things you can do cause it can cause so much more problems. So if you feel u can not do this along, then seek professional help, cause they will help. And learn, cause it is a waste if you do not learn from the things that have stressed you, or from therapy. Take care and god bless.
By the way i am not going to tell you that stress will not come into your life off and on, cause it does, but you need to find a way that works for you to decrese it.

Tell yourself stop controlling everything that's going on around you. And if it doesn't turn out the way you want it to, they shrugged your shoulder and say maybe next time, and don't analyze it of why it didn't happen the way you wanted it to, that's why you are stress out, you allow things to bother you, so don't
