i have small red marks on my face from acne, they are very mild so i was wondering if there was a cream or something i could use to get rid of them.

i dont want to have to do any peels or microderm abrasion because they arent that bad, is there something a bit simpler i could use?

Not sure if you have it where you are but in Aus we have Bio-oil, I used it on acne scars on my chest and it faded them very quickly. So google that to find stockists and remember the earlier you start treating them the better they will heal.

neosporne (spelling?) makes an ointment that halps scars fade so they are less noticable/red
