Well, this is a seasonal thing, but...
Day after Thanksgiving. Toast--whatever's handy. Preferably a hearty white. Mayo, leftover turkey fried in butter until golden, stuffing fried in butter (same pan), and cranberry sauce (jelly, no whole-berry, too messy.)
Also, Reubens....mmmmm.
But I don't eat those often or I'd be more Reuben-esque than I already am! HA!

The best is when there's left over meat (and there always is at my house), like turkey or roast beef or chicken, because the flavour is already marinated into it from being left in the fridge, and it's naturally very juicy. I just take a bit of that, put on some mayonaise if it's like chicken, add some veggies, and put it on whole-wheat bread. Quick, easy, healthy, and delicious.

Mine is sliced turkey with cream cheese and cranberry sauce. I mostly use white bread or whole wheat, but it's good on any kind.
